All digital products (game keys, software licenses) are delivered electronically via email within 24 hours of successful payment verification. Physical products are shipped within 2-3 business days.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of most of our products, we do not offer refunds once a game key has been delivered. For physical products, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the product is unopened and in original condition.
